At The Bundle Theory, we are committed to providing transparent shipping timelines and a seamless shopping experience! Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Processing begins once payment has been successfully authorized and received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

Straight, Body Wave, & Deep Wave

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Time: 2–3 business days

Burmese Kinky Curl, Isla Wave, & Cambodian Spring Curl

These textures are custom made-to-order and therefore require additional processing time.

  • Processing Time: 5–6 business days
  • Shipping Time: 5–6 business days

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Shipping time begins once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active within the carrier's system.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped through:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping Delays

While The Bundle Theory strives to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volume
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Federal holidays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Should a significant delay occur, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all billing and shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

The Bundle Theory is not responsible for delays, returned packages, failed deliveries, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Order Verification & Security

To protect our business and customers, orders flagged as high risk may require additional verification before processing.

If verification is requested, the name on the identification provided must match the name on the order.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation and a refund to the original payment method.

The Bundle Theory reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, responsibility for delivery is assumed by the shipping carrier.

The Bundle Theory is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delayed packages
  • Carrier delivery exceptions

While The Bundle Theory cannot guarantee delivery outcomes once a package is in transit, we are always happy to assist with available tracking information and support you in resolving carrier-related concerns whenever possible!
