How Pre-Orders Work

Every order is a pre-order. Each bundle, closure, or wig is crafted after your purchase to maintain 100% authentic virgin hair quality.

Straight, Body Wave & Deep Wave

• Processing + quality check + final delivery: 5–10 business days

Cambodian Spring Curl

• Customization: 5–6 business days
• International shipping to US: 2–3 business days
• Quality check + final delivery: 1–2 business days
• Total: 7–12 business days

Burmese Kinky Curl

• Customization: 3–5 business days
• International shipping to US: 2–3 business days
• Quality check + final delivery: 1–2 business days
• Total: 7–12 business days

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate: $12.99 per order

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Address Accuracy & Returns

• Ensure your shipping info is correct — incorrect addresses will incur reshipping fees.
• Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are the carrier’s responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or greater value. Price difference must be paid before shipment of the replacement item. Hair must be unused and in original packaging.
