Return & Purchase Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Bundle Theory. Due to strict health and sanitation regulations regarding premium hair extensions and the custom nature of our products, we enforce a strict store policy across our entire website.

All Sales Are Final

  • No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges: All purchases—including all bundles, closures, frontals, and wigs—are final sale. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, returned, or exchanged for a different length, texture, or product type.

  • Please thoroughly review your cart and verify your selected lengths, textures, and quantities before finalizing your checkout.

Damages & Fulfillment Errors

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. The only exception to our final sale policy is if an item arrives defective, damaged (such as torn lace or severe construction defects), or if an error was made on our part (e.g., you ordered a Body Wave bundle, but received a Straight bundle).

  • 48-Hour Reporting Window & Photo Requirement: In the event of a damage or fulfillment issue, you must notify us via email at INFO@THEBUNDLETHEORY.COM within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photo and video proof of the issue, showing the product inside its original packaging.

  • Strict Product Condition: For an error to be evaluated and corrected, the hair must be in the exact same condition that you received it: completely unaltered, uncut, unbrushed, and in its original, intact packaging. We cannot replace or swap any hair products that have been unraveled, washed, bleached, or manipulated in any way.

  • Unsolicited Returns: Items sent back to us without first contacting us and requesting an official evaluation will not be accepted.
