Due to the nature of our products and industry hygiene standards, all sales are final.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be:

  • Modified
  • Changed
  • Canceled

Please thoroughly review your cart and verify your selected lengths, textures, and quantities before finalizing your checkout.

Returns

We do not accept returns of any kind as ALL sales are final.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless an error occurred on our end.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect texture received
  • Incorrect length received
  • Incorrect product received
  • Manufacturing defect present upon delivery

Reporting an Issue

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please  contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos
  • Clear videos (if applicable)

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review. 

Items returned without prior authorization or an official evaluation request will not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility Requirements

Any product approved for exchange or correction must remain in the exact condition in which it was received.

The product must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Remain unaltered
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Show no signs of installation, washing, coloring, bleaching, cutting, brushing, or additional manipulation

Products that have been altered in any way will NOT qualify for an exchange.

Approved Claims

If a claim is approved, The Bundle Theory may choose to:

  • Replace the item
  • Exchange the item

Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns regarding their order before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any chargeback filed for a validly fulfilled order will be reviewed and disputed with supporting documentation, including order confirmations, tracking information, delivery records, and customer communications.

By placing an order with The Bundle Theory, you confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided and that all information submitted at checkout is accurate.

In the event of a chargeback, The Bundle Theory reserves the right to contact the card issuer, payment processor, and financial institution involved and provide all relevant documentation to dispute the claim.

Fraudulent chargebacks and unauthorized payment disputes will not be tolerated.
